Ann Gomez is a productivity consultant and the president of Clear Concept Inc, a productivity consulting firm which she founded in 2004. Ann helps her clients effectively manage their products and leverage their time across their many competing priorities. She has worked with several top law firms as well as large clients across Canada and the U.S. Recent clients include Royal Bank of Canada, Bank of Montreal, AstraZeneca, Yahoo!, Procter & Gamble, Grand & Toy and Queen’s School of Business. Kareena Rego
Kareena Rego is a senior leader who has held executive positions with Tier 1 international, U.S. and Canadian financial and outsourcing companies. In these roles she has overseen all aspects of Operations, Account Management and Client Services, Recruitment, Training, Quality and Human Resource groups. Her well rounded experience has allowed Kareena to successfully manage employee bases exceeding 4,200 employees across multiple geographies.
Her proven approach to human capital solutions has resulted in dynamic teams yielding solid results.
This creative leader has extensive client relationship management experience with Fortune 500 companies such as Rogers Communications, Bell Canada, Microsoft, Verizon, Manulife Financial, UPS etc. She has lead cross functional teams to satisfy large, complex multi-year service contracts. Michael (Mike) Cloutier is the consummate professional with a successful track record in leading a number of organizations over the past 30 years. He is currently the President and CEO of the 5WH Leadership Inc. and is an active advisor to Clear Concept – especially in the areas related to leadership, team management and organization design. Mike’s past roles have included CEO of the Canadian Diabetes Association, Critical Outcome Technologies Inc., AstraZeneca Canada, Pharmacia Canada and Searle Canada. He has also been active on the boards of numerous for profit and not profit organizations including Sheridan College, the Canadian Orthopedic Foundation, TD Toronto Jazz Festival and United Paragon Associates.
Laura has launched Williams HR Law, a labour, employment and human resources law firm that provides advice and representation to employers. Laura is also a principal of The Employers’ Choice Inc., a human resources consulting firm which provides employers with the tools, resources and support needed to develop and optimize their key asset — their people.
Tom is recognized as a leader in organizational sales development with a passion for aligning learning initiatives to support business objectives. He has been a Coach and mentor for a number of senior executives in the Canadian Pharmaceutical Industry.
