How Productive Are You?

The Productivity Scorecard measures your personal productivity and allows you to compare yourself to average and best practice scores in the areas of Information Management, Schedule Management and Planning and Priortization. See how you stack up against the average and those that are able to achieve best practices.

Information Management

The Information Management section will let you know exactly how well you handle your email, if you are using your calendar effectively and whether your office is orgainzed (or not)!

  • Do you track all your appointments in one central calendar?
  • Do you have clearly defined homes for your information, reference materials and office tools?
  • Do you respond to emails at periodic intervals?

Schedule Management

Schedule Management results will indicate how you rate regarding Time Allocation, Focusing, Schedule Structure and Meeting Management:

  • Are you dedicating appropriate time to your priorities?
  • Are you focusing on one task at a time?
  • Are you blocking of time for independent work?
  • Are you consistently using agendas for you meetings?

Planning and Prioritization

Planning and Prioritization lets you know how you rate in the key productivity areas of Planning, Prioritization and Procrastination:

  • Are you planning each day?
  • Are you focusing on completing ONE task?
  • Are you able to address the root cause (s) of procrastination?
